Shipping & Return Policy
All orders are shipped within 1-3 days after purchase via Priority Mail, arriving to you in 2-4 business days after shipment.
Refunds are available to customers within 7 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Any hair that has been used and not in original packaging will not be returned.
If the listed conditions are not met, LUXE By Gee reserves the right to refuse a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact customer service by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers are responsible to pay for their own return shipping.
